The Dishwasher Water Inlet Fitting allows the appliance to fill with water and complete the cleaning cycle. This brass elbow fitting measures approx. 3/4" x 3/8" size and has a 90-degree angle that helps save space during installation. This is a universal item that can be used across several brands; check to see if your model number is compatible. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this accessory. Also be sure to turn off the water supply to your dishwasher before you begin. Helpful Tip: We also recommend using affresh® Dishwasher Cleaner (item W10288149B) to help remove limescale and mineral build-up that can be unsightly and affect your dishwasher s performance. *affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.
