This air conditioner is pretty good. It™™s not too loud and cools almost the whole house and it™™s installed upstairs. The quality is pretty top notch. The product came in slightly damaged so I™™m knocking off a star. The name brand is why I even decided to purchase the product. The price is a little steep to be honest. The Wi-Fi feature is awesome. The app you install is good but definitely needs work. I love how I can turn on the AC when I™™m at work at any time and have the room/house cool before I get home. Frigidaire is a top quality brand in my opinion.

Highly recommend this air conditioner! It™™s quite and works so well in our space. I love the eco cool mode the best where it keeps the room at a specific temperate and only turns the unit on when necessary. My favorite feature is having the mobile app to change the settings from another place!

What I like with the aircon is that it does its purpose, before buying the item I was going through the reviews and they were all good feedbacks. This aircon has lots of good features, wifi enabled, works with Alexa and energy efficient. Perfect for a 300sqft room, its worth every cent!!!

This AC unit does a great job of cooling my one bedroom apartment. The smart features and Wi-Fi make it super convenient to manage, even before you get home. My one complaint is that it is kind of loud and I have to turn the TV up while the AC is on.

Replaced two 10 y/o 8k btu Frigidaire window ACs in kind, so obviously happy with the previous versions of the product. New features add wi-fi connectivity, which enables control of the units through your cell phone, and a slimmer, coin-battery powered remote control. You can also turn the display on or off if you don't want the light on at night. Made in USA. They work fine. Noise level is high, but no different from any other window AC. It does a good job of cycling on and off to maintain a desired temperature. Easy installation, and they come with the plastic accordion screen to adjust to different window widths, plus the insulation to seal below and around the AC as needed. 110 V, 6.43 Amps, 670 Watts, so it'll plug into any outlet and won't break the bank with the electric bill. Very satisfied with these Frigidaire window ACs and highly recommend.

I bought this window ac unit last year during the fall so I would have it for the start of the warm weather here in Ohio. I have only used it a couple of times so far but I like what I've seen from it. I have it mounted in an upstairs bedroom window. The bluetooth was very easy to connect but the unit did not see my 5G wifi, only the 2G. No biggie. The Frigidaire app is easy to use and I enjoy being able to control the unit from it. I like that this ac has an "Eco Cool" mode and an "Auto" fan setting.

I based my purchase on a couple of things. The brand being number one. Frigidaire products have always been great, and I expected this unit to be no different. I also chose this specific model because of the easy app access to turn on my unit from my phone. I travel a lot, and this comes in handy. I just click it on an hour before I get home to come home to a cool area.

Display indicating temperature at best flickers on and off. But usually is blank. I use the app to control so not that big of an inconvenience. Shipment arrived in undamaged box so maybe just defect from factory.

This unit arrived on time and in perfect shape regardless of how raggedy the box looked.the unit is in the window and looks great and so far is running the same.if it is like my other units it will continue to do so this thing was so easy to install and the wifi and Alexa to set up it is almost embarking.I really do recommend that anyone buys this unit or any Frigidaire product.

When it works it's great but rn it's cold outside but not windy, so I want my ac on to make my room cold but it's not going on. I think there's something wrong with the sensor bcuz I woke up a 5am SWEATING the sensor on it says my room is 76° and my ac is set to 60° and it's still not running. I tried to change it from fan only to to cool and it still doesn't start so I changed it back to fan only and now it says my room is 54°??? Still hot in here and it's still not going.

Nice idea of controlling temperature with the app. Quality is less than average, I don't think it will last more than 1 year. I don't like the fact that it doesn't have buttons to change the schedule. Basically you need the app for scheduling/timer and the remote don't have the option for timer. A fail in the app or Internet connection and you will have problems.
