For service of your appliance, please call us at 905-279-5820 during our service hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Our factory-trained technicians are ready to assist you with your appliance repairs. We do both warranty and non-warranty work for almost all major brands, regardless of where the machine was purchased. Please have your make and model number ready when you call our service department. If there is a question as to whether the appliance is under warranty you should call in your serial number as well and be prepared to show the dated sales invoice for your appliance to the technician. Most problems can be diagnosed within the first 20 minutes of a visit. The technician will let you know the cause of the problem and give you an estimate to fix it. The Service and Labour Charges are due immediately whether or not you decide to go ahead with the repairs. |

Our Rates (Subject to in-store changes) Service Charge* - $39.95 *applied to initial visit. An added benefit of dealing with Crawford Appliances is that should you decide to replace rather than repair, the Service Charge will be discounted against the purchase price of the new appliance when purchased at Crawford Appliances. All service invoices are due when the service is rendered, and are payable by cheque, debit card, Mastercard or Visa, and of course cash. |
